Privacy Notice for the LYNK Boston early-access waitlist

• Email address, which is required to request early access and verify the request.
• First name, if provided.
• Boston-area ZIP code or neighborhood, if provided. Do not submit a street address.
• A required confirmation that the person is 18 or older. LYNK does not request a birthdate through this waitlist.
• A separate optional choice about promotional email.
• Campaign-source tags such as source, medium, campaign, content, and term.
• The signup-page and consent-text versions shown when the request was made.

The waitlist is not designed to collect:

sexual orientation or dating preference, exact or precise location, street address through the signup form, relationship history, payment information, an account password.

• Manage and verify the Boston early-access request.
• Understand Boston-area interest in aggregate.
• Attribute signup sources and improve campaign materials.
• Prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and protect the page.
• Send waitlist confirmation and requested early-access availability information.
• Send broader promotional email only when the separate marketing checkbox was actively selected.

A new request remains unconfirmed until the person selects the link in MailerLite’s confirmation email. Promotional consent is optional and unchecked by default. Every promotional email must include a working unsubscribe link and the valid postal address stored in LYNK’s MailerLite company profile.

Unsubscribing from promotional email does not automatically delete a waitlist request. A person may request waitlist removal or deletion separately by contacting privacy@lynk-us.com.

LYNK uses MailerLite to store waitlist records and send confirmation and approved email messages. Website, domain, and security providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the page. LYNK does not sell or rent waitlist information.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate protections.

• Unconfirmed signup requests: up to 30 days.
• Confirmed waitlist records: while the Boston early-access campaign is active and up to 90 days after it closes, unless deletion is requested sooner.
• Optional Boston-area and campaign-attribution fields: deleted or anonymized with the waitlist record when no longer needed.
• A minimal unsubscribe, consent, or suppression record may be retained as needed to honor email choices and document compliance.

The LYNK waitlist operator reviews unconfirmed requests at least monthly and removes or anonymizes records when their stated retention period ends.

A person may contact privacy@lynk-us.com to ask what waitlist information LYNK has, correct it, leave the waitlist, or request deletion. LYNK may need to verify the requester’s email before acting. Limited records may remain when needed to honor an unsubscribe choice, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations.

LYNK limits access, keeps credentials outside browser code, uses encrypted connections, and work with service providers that protect the information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

The waitlist is intended for adults 18 and older. The checkbox is a required self-confirmation, not independent age verification. If LYNK learns that the waitlist collected information from a child, it will remove that information.

Material changes to this notice should receive a new version and effective date. If a change materially affects information already collected, LYNK should provide appropriate notice before applying the new use.
